Minor in the College of Liberal Arts
This transcript-recognized minor is designed for students with an interest in the social and cultural aspects of language and communication across the globe. This minor would benefit students studying foreign languages, literature, rhetoric, communications, and history, as well as students interested in careers that span global contexts or that involve communicating effectively with people with varied backgrounds.

Required Courses
Show- In order to fulfill the requirements for this minor, students must complete 15 credit hours of coursework from a pre-approved list.
- A minimum of 9 hours must be completed in residence. A minimum of 9 hours must be upper-division. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 2.00 in courses taken at the University and counted toward the minor requirements.
