- SW325: Foundations of Social Justice, open to all majors
- SW327: Human Behavior and the Social Environment, carries a writing flag and open to all majors
- I 320D: Human-Centered Social Network Analysis, open to all majors and all pre-requisites are waived for the semester
- Arab Latin Americas (32410): discusses the negotiation of Arab immigrant identities in countries throughout Latin America
- Oral History of Indigenous Texas (32425): team-taught seminars combine Indigenous history, settler colonial theory, social science research methodologies, and media design practice in order to highlight the historical and ongoing presence of Indigenous people in Texas
- YOR 601C: Beginning Yoruba, Yoruba is a rich language with a deep cultural history that is spoken predominantly in Nigeria, the most populated African country, and among the Nigerian diaspora. No previous knowledge of Yoruba required for this course
- WGS 303: Intro to LGBT Studies, explore concepts of gender and sexuality, race, class, religion, and nation; as well as skills in theory, history, and research methods relevant to LGBTQ studies. Carries a writing flag and a cultural diversity flag
